At the start of the school year, Coffeecompany wanted to draw wide attention to their strippenkaart promotion. The challenge: stand out in the hustle and bustle of September while being relevant to coffee lovers in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
We chose an approach in which online and offline reinforce each other. Via Meta Suite we were visible in the timeline, stories and reels of the target group. Digital Out-Of-Home provided recognition in the city: from gyms to supermarkets, always close to a Coffeecompany location.
To give the message extra power, we worked in two phases. First announce to arouse curiosity, then communicate the concrete action. In this way, we built attention step by step.
The campaign resulted in millions of impressions and a substantial increase in visibility around the stores as well as in the number of tickets sold. The beauty: for the first time, we also provided insight into the effect this visibility had on actual store visits! Omnichannel footfall, in which even the passage from digital-out-of-home screen to store was measured. With this, Coffeecompany took a step forward in data-driven marketing, and we are proud that we were able to realize this together.
